The season begins for us around June 15th, when the weather is (usually) starting to improve, and the sea to calm down. First the birds arrive, then the icebergs (if there are going to be any) and finally, the whales. Our season ends around September 7th. By then the birds, whales and tourists are moving elsewhere!
